Freedom OS · Cohort Program
Build your AI operating system in 4 weeks
A coaching cohort for founders and company leaders, capped at five. Over four sessions you build structure, context, a daily briefing, and your first automation, live in every session, not slides, not theory.
What you walk away with
You graduate when your first automation is running live. The final session is your demo: you build it, run it, and show what you shipped.
Freedom OS foundation
Five-folder structure, governing files, and Vault DNA. Then identity, voice, and business context layered on top, so Claude knows how you work and what you care about.
Daily briefing and first automation
A daily briefing skill that pulls your day together, then your first automated routine: an SOP for AI that runs on its own. The step toward an agent, built on the same production setups we install for clients.
Together, that is your Freedom OS. Learn about Freedom OS →
How it works
Four weekly 90-minute live sessions, one layer at a time. Build sessions, not lectures. Help when you stall.
- Private cohort Slack channel between sessions
- Pre-work and onboarding before kickoff
- Built on Claude Code, real systems, not demos
- Our production setups and skills, the same ones we run and install for clients
Who it's for
- Founders and leaders who want to own this capability themselves, not outsource it
- You do the building, with expert coaching at every step
- Five seats per cohort, small rooms so everyone gets hands-on coaching
Not for you if you want a certificate and slide deck. This is live building on your real calendar, inbox, and docs.

Four weeks, four layers
Read it from the bottom up. Each week you ship something real. You cannot reach the top without the bottom.
Week 1 · Structure
Everything needs a place. Build your five-folder structure, governing files, routing rules, and Vault DNA. Leave with a home for everything your AI will touch.
Week 2 · Context
What it knows about your business and about you. Layer identity, voice, and about-us context on top of structure so Claude answers with your business in mind.
Week 3 · Skill
What it does and how it does it. Build your daily briefing: an SOP for AI, with connectors and rules that start here.
Week 4 · Routine
You build and run your demo. Turn your skill into your first automation: a routine that runs on its own. Polish it live, demo what you shipped, and walk away owning a Freedom OS you built yourself.
What's included
- Four 90-minute live build sessions with Moses and Jason
- Private cohort Slack for support between sessions
- Pre-work and onboarding before kickoff
- Production-grade setups, skills, and templates from our client work
- Personal coaching when you stall, not a lecture hall
What you'll learn
- Structure and context engineering, design the info ecosystem your AI runs on
- Skills and routines, daily briefings, connectors, and automated delivery
- How the stack layers: structure, context, skill, routine, then agents
- Claude Code workflows, the same stack we use with clients in production
We are operators, not lecturers. Nothing here is theory. Every system we teach is already running in our own business and in our clients' businesses.
What graduates say
Jason is a really effective teacher. The way he explains concepts, asks questions, and explains the why. His teaching style has really helped the learning stick for me.
I started with nothing set up. Over four sessions, I built a second brain with a folder structure that matches how I work, context files for my role, my boundaries, how I think, and a v1 of a daily briefing using my own calendar and inbox.
Watching it pull my day together and separate the noise from the few things that matter was pretty wild. It still needs some refinement, and I'm in the middle of automating the delivery, but I'm already benefitting from the automated workflows I created and I can clearly see the potential of the new skills and tools I've gained through this course.
I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to take their AI skills to the next level.
What Jason showed me was eons above what I had originally envisioned.
I came into this from an enterprise Copilot environment, so I thought I had a decent sense of what was possible. Some of it was more advanced than I expected to get to in these sessions. It made me think a lot more about how to actually use AI.
I'm proud to share that I set up my first skill and routine: a daily briefing that emails itself to me every morning and reads the way I asked it to, and a real framework for the document extraction pipeline I want to build.
Common questions
How many seats are in each cohort?
Five. We build small rooms on purpose so every member gets coaching when they stall.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The cohort is built on Claude Code. You do the building in plain language with expert coaching at every step.
What if I can't make a live session?
Sessions are designed to be live build time, and attendance matters. That said, we record sessions and share them in the cohort Slack. Reach out when you sign up if you expect a conflict, we'll talk through it.
What do I walk away with?
A Freedom OS foundation: structure and context wired to how you work, a daily briefing skill, and your first automation running live. You graduate by building and running your demo in the final session.
Is there a done-for-you option?
Yes. If you would rather have it built for you than build it yourself, see our done-for-you track or reach out through contact.
