Common questions
What are Claude Code and Claude Cowork?
They're two ways to work with Claude on real tasks. Claude Code works alongside you in your codebase and terminal. Claude Cowork acts more like a teammate that can take on multi-step work across your files and tools. We coach your team on both, using your own work as the material.
Is this training or done-for-you work?
It's coaching. We set things up with you and teach your team to run them, rather than building in a black box and handing over a manual. The goal is that your people are good at this after we leave, not dependent on us.
How long does it take to set up an AI operating system?
It depends on the size of the team and how they work. A first setup with an initial round of coaching usually runs a few weeks. Some teams then keep us on for regular sessions as they take on harder workflows.
