Drift is when output that worked well starts to slip. It happens as the underlying models change, as your data shifts, or as people start using a system in ways it wasn't built for. We watch for it and tune before it becomes a problem.
Do we need to have worked with you before?
Usually. The fractional team works best on systems we built or have reviewed, because we already know what good output looks like. If you have AI running that someone else built, we can start with a short review.
