About ScalingFreedom
We're a small AI consultancy, started in 2025. We build AI systems for founders and operators, coach their teams to use tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork, and make a show about what we learn doing it.
Why we started
We started ScalingFreedom after watching the same thing happen at company after company: an impressive AI demo, a pilot, then a quiet shelving. The technology was rarely the problem. Getting it into the daily operations of a real business was.
So that became the job: understanding how a business runs, then wiring AI into it. We talk about that work, and what we get wrong along the way, on The ScalingFreedom Show. Episode zero tells the full story.
How we work
- Adoption is mostly a people problem, so we spend as much time on training and change management as on the systems themselves.
- A project counts as done when it runs in production. Demos don't count.
- Every engagement is scoped against numbers agreed up front: hours saved, throughput gained, errors removed.
- We train your team to run what we build. You shouldn't need us forever.
